He looked directly at her, sipping his glass of wine. “Nah, Nah, its fine. Just tryin’ to help. Besides, there’s a lot of bad in this city, I’d hate to see a beautiful girl like you disappear. Y’never know what kinda sick fuck’s out there, you know?” He admitted, realizing how close she was. He didn’t want to give in. He loved Izzy, he truly did. But this girl was tempting. And what would a small taste do?
He finished his glass of wine, before looking back at her again. “You’re beautiful, you know. I bet you’ve got a name to match it,” he said, playfully leaning into her.
She tried her best to stifle a laugh. Little did he know. It amused her how well this was playing out. Blue eyes roamed over him before finishing her own glass, setting it down and idly running a finger down his arm. “You sure do lay it on thick, don’t you… ~ It’s Lilith.” She said casually. After all, Lilith was actually a pretty common name that gave her no hint as to who, or what, she was.
He sat down on her couch, smiling back at him. He looked around and everything looked normal to him. There was no reason for him to assume that there wasn’t anything normal about her. But this was LA, and people were different. People had different abilities and people were supernaturals. She was different though. She was quiet, beautiful, and everything innocent in this world. It made him want to hold her and never let anything bad happen to her. It was a fantasy that he was having at the moment, and he had to assure himself that he wouldn’t do anything. He couldn’t.
Lilith poured two glasses of wine, walking back into the living room and handing him a glass. She sat down beside him, fairly close to Hayden. She was getting bored, slowly but surely. She knew he was holding back and she wanted to play. She took a sip of wine, glancing at him with a subtle smile. “Thank you for helping me today.~”
He smiled back at her as he followed her, walking side by side with her. He felt himself needing to be near her, and to be honest, he didn’t know how he felt about that. He looked at her as he tried to walk with her, slowing himself down when he needed to. “I suppose you’re right. Plus you don’t wanna keep that boyfriend waiting either,” he joked as she looked her up and down. He shook his head inwardly, refusing to do it again. He had Izzy. He wanted Izzy, only Izzy.
But damn did she look good…
Lilith smirked in a very subtle and brief manner. This was too easy, she thought to herself. She continued to walk with him in silence before seeing her house in the distance. It’d be easier to do what she needed to in private. She stopped, smiling widely. “Oh there it is… ~” She looked back over at Hayden, giving his arm a subtle touch. “You know, if you want to come in for a drink you can. Only way I can think of to thank you… ~”
He looked at her and shuddered slightly at her touch, knowing that he really shouldn’t. He should’ve just turned around and gone home. He should’ve done a lot of things, really. But he looked at her and nodded with a smile. “Sure, why not,” he said with a small smile, as he followed her into her house. She was beautiful, and he didn’t really think about anything that he was doing at this moment. He looked at her again, smiling softly.
That smirk was less subtle this time, hinting to more to come. She nodded and unlocked the door, walking inside before turning to look back at him, stepping aside to let him in. “Make yourself at home..~” The house was relatively nice. Not hers, but she wouldn’t let that out.

He smiled softly at her as he looked at her. “Hah, I wouldn’t have ever assumed that a girl like you could be lost, but I guess you learn something new everyday. Do you want me to help you find where you need to go?” He asked, looking at her. She was beautiful, and everything about her screamed innocent. She looked lost, and he wanted to help her. He felt like he needed to help her.
He was being generous. He wasn’t going to do anything with her. He was just going to help her get home. He might’ve been a huge player in the past, but his past wasn’t here anymore, was it?
“Everyone can get lost.” She shrugged before nodding with a tiny smile. “I”d love if you could help me.” She put a finger to her lips, feigning thought before turning around. “This way, I think.” She said, beginning to walk before looking back at him with those blue eyes. “Are you coming?” She asked, tilting her head and still feigning that innocence. Oh if he only knew.
Lilith&Hayden | Let’s See What I Can Do
Hayden was walking around downtown, not too thrilled that Izzy was out of town. He shrugged, knowing that she’d be back sooner or later. He trusted her, and he knew that she’d still be the same person when she got back. She might have to take care of her siblings, but she was strong, and she knew that he wouldn’t do anything stupid. He walked further along the sidewalk, noticing how no one was out and about. This was LA, it was supposed to be busy! He shrugged, before he noticed someone else. “Hey!” He called as he jogged over to the shadow. He realized it wasn’t some random guy though. A girl. He swallowed hard, walking closer.
“Hey um, are you okay? It’s late…you shouldn’t be out here,” he said, trying to make sure that she wasn’t hurt or lost or anything. He bit his lip, and he looked at her, confused.
Lilith was out, she was bored. Allen was gone doing whoever knew what so she thought she should have some fun too. Hence why she was out. She stopped once she heard a voice, an unfamiliar one but that didn’t matter. She turned around, those sharp blue eyes instantly making contact. She looked him up and down briefly. Typical knight in shining armor wannabe.
Shaking her head, she decided to play into him. She tried her best to pull off a flustered expression. “I suppose not, huh? I’m actually a bit lost if you can believe that.~”

Okay, I leave for a job for, what, three days?
